Psychedelic Week Stockholm

Nysnö invites you to Relating through Oneness, an experiential evening at Welledge in Gamla Stan. The session will be guided by Daniel Ek. Through playful yet precise relational games and mindful awareness, you’ll explore connection from a felt sense of oneness rather than from separate identities. Practices can be intense and may temporarily expand or shift your sense of self.

We invite you to a Nordic-themed breathwork session in the unique atmosphere of Andetag Museum. The session will be guided by Filippa Bätjer and John Folkesson.

Through rhythm, presence, and breath, you will journey inward. The session is inspired by the raw power of Nordic nature, with rhythms that help you remember.
The event will be in English.

Ett panelsamtal med David Sjöström, Matilda Karlsson och Filippa Bätjer, som utforskar mötet mellan psykedelika och ätstörningar, med särskilt fokus på den pågående studien vid Lunds universitet.

Samtalet modereras av Linda Zimdahl och tillsammans samtalar vi om aktuell forskning, kliniska perspektiv och levda erfarenheter, samt frågor och reflektioner från publiken. 

Nysnö invites you to an evening of Sound, Rhythm & Soul - a deeply nurturing sound journey, guided by Berlin-based musician and certified sound therapist JUERI. Expect healing frequencies, resonant textures, live percussion and gong held in a warm, non-performative space where you can arrive, soften, and listen. A place to land, explore, and integrate. No prior experience needed.

Join us as a decompress of the first day of Borealis or just a friendly & curious mingle before the film-screening of Stepping into the Unknown, with Dr Paul Liknaitzky.

Nysnö invites you to an extended Somatic Breathwork experience at Eric Ericsonhallen - a deepening finale to Psychedelic Week in one of Stockholm’s most magnificent venues. The session is led by Roshi Derakshan, with live percussion by JUERI and music by Filip Bromberg. Through circular breathing, breath holds, rhythm, and sound, you’ll be guided into the body to release tension and access clarity, catharsis, or deep stillness. Suitable for beginners.
